Your payment by debit or credit card guarantees a safe and secure online shopping experience. Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery payment options.

Shipping:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, which will be delivered to your doorstep via standard home delivery with DHL. Please note that our standard shipping option does not include track and trace.

Delivery Terms:

We aim to deliver your order within 5-12 weekdays. Our prices include VAT and customs duty fees for your convenience.

Return Policy:

While we do not currently accept returns for products purchased from Seducing, if you discover a fault or defect in your product, please notify us in writing within a reasonable time. You have up to two years from the date of receipt to make a complaint about any faults or defects. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered under our warranty, and failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in the loss of your right to make a complaint.
